The Marker Wadden is an artificial archipelago in the Markermeer that is still under construction. A lot of sea birds breed and/or live there. On our hike around the main island we enjoyed the calm fantastic nature and spotted birds that are completely new to us like spoonbills and many types of plovers. I’m totally in love with this place 🥰
