Greek style vegan pan pizza

We love pizza but our stove isn’t working well when ist comes to bake something. We found a stone oven prebaked pizza dough in the supermarket that tastes quite good. So we now make our pizza in a pan with lid. I put the prebaked Pizza dough with toppings in a big pan, set the heat on low to medium, put the lid on and let it there for about 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and dough is crispy.

Our favorite at the moment is a Greek style inspired one with minced soy meat, peppers, onions, feta and olives.
