Vegan Swedish Semlor

Enjoying coffee and sweets is so important to the Swedes that they have their own word for it. Fika ☕️

Just before Carnival they serve a very delicious pastry called semla, also known as fettisdagsbulle. A roll filled with almond paste and cream. @brodochvanner in Malmö we got some vegan ones. Delicious 🥰
