Vegan meatball stew

This meatball stew consists of a creamy sauce, noodles, carrots, peas, and »meatballs« made of minced fake meat by anamma. The best I’ve ever had so far.

It was invented by the German food company Knorr. At least that’s what I think. It’s called »Wikingertopf« and was designed to get kids to eat vegetables. A classic family meal for weekdays when there is not much time to cook. And for lazy cooks on sailboats ⛵️
