Vegan Swedish Köttbullar

Now that we are in Sweden, I have to make köttbullar (meatballs). I bought oumph köttbullar and looked up an original recipe.

The cravvy is a roux with cream from Oatly and seasoned with salt, pepper and lots of Marmite 🙃.

I read that it’s usually served with cranberry jam, so I bought a jar. But it’s fine without.
