Chocolate cake

Recipe:

• 2 cup flour
• 2 – 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup water
• 1/3 cup neutral oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
• chocolate chips to make it even more chocolaty.

Instructions

• Mix everything together
• Pour into a round baking pan (18-20 cm)
• Bake it for 180 degree, about 40 minutes
