Who doesn't like asparagus?May 28, 2022
I love asparagus and have to eat it at least once a year. The man across the table hates it. That’s okay, so it’s all for me.
First time I’ve ever prepared it in our galley. I used to bake it in the oven. Since we needed the oven for the potatoes, I put the asparagus in a pan with lots of vegan butter, lemon juice, salt and a little sugar. Leave it on low heat with the lid on for about 20 minutes. Perfect!
It goes well with a vegan schnitzel made out of TSP.
