Eat the rainbow

A bowl full with a lot of different flavors and colors 🌈 black lentils, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, walnuts, and tempeh. With tahini dressing and sesame seeds on top.

It’s a bit more challenging to prepare that many ingredients in our small kitchen, but it’s definitely worth the effort πŸ₯°
