Pan pizza

First attempt to make a pizza on board. Instead of baking it in the oven, we tried to make it in a pan because it’s hard to get the vegan cheese to melt in our gas oven.

As you can see, the first pizza didn’t bake long enough. The second one was a little better. With the ready to eat dough, the pizza took about 10 minutes in the pan. Next time we’ll try out another cheese. Tips for vegan pizza cheese that melts quickly are very appreciated.
