Chili sin carne 🌶

Today there was one of our galley classic one the menu – Chili sin carne 🌶

We’ve made the “carne” out of TSP (textured soy protein), which is perfect for storage. At least if it is stored dry, it will last forever. We put it in plastic bags and added some silicone gel packets just to be sure that it stays dry.
