Soup with rice noodles

You don’t usually eat soup with a fork, do you? But with this soup it’s different. It’s impossible to eat these rice noodles with a spoon and we don’t have chop sticks aboard. So it must be a fork 😁

I made a hearty broth with ginger, garlic, vegetable broth, soy sauce and marmite. I added the vegetables and cooked for a few minutes, adding the noodles just before serving.
