Our TIAMAT all snuggled up on the quay of #Kasteelradbout. We will spend the off-season in Medemblik.

First we wanted to spend the winter in Amsterdam. We liked it there so much. But there are also some disadvantages. The mooring fees are quite expensive, there is no gas station near the harbor, and the harbor is quite big so you have to walk forever to the showers.

So we opted for Medemblik instead. It's also a nice town, and with the help of public transportation we can be in Amsterdam in no time when we miss the big city with all its amenities 🙂
